Client Service - Relationship Manager


Responsibilities

  • Profiling and onboarding clients after understanding their requirements and Real Estate portfolios

  • Engaging existing clients via service calls and resolving service escalations

  • Generating revenue, increasing client wallet share, and cross-selling our Products

  • Resolve service escalations by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements

  • Graduate - specialization in any discipline

  • Prior work experience is preferred but freshers are also welcome

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • The candidate should be a go-getter with high energy levels and a passion for client management
