We believe we have also created a tremendous social impact by fostering greater transparency across the Real Estate industry. Real Estate in India usually carries a lot of sentimental value. Indiassetz places utmost value on these first-time buyers’ emotions by ensuring a smooth and quick transaction in complete transparency.

Additionally, Indiassetz, in partnership with Parikrma Humanity Foundation, has launched PRANA (Primary Roaming Augmented Neo-Medical Aid), which will provide emergency support to patients in critical condition until proper hospital capacity can be found, if required later. We also provide Modular ICU Oxygen Support that can be assembled and disassembled at any location, catering to any number of beds based on the space available.

Indiassetz actively supports the Government as we have filed property Taxes for many of our customers, ensuring compliance and boosting Government revenue.

The Real Estate industry has traditionally been a man’s world. A closer look, however, shows that women are playing an increasingly bigger role in growing the industry and contributing to the country’s Real Estate needs. The higher participation of women in the professional world augurs well for India as it edges towards becoming a developed nation where all citizens contribute to its success.

In order to encourage women to become financially independent and take more charge in the Real Estate Investment arena, Indiassetz has started an initiative called WIRE (Women in Real Estate) that encourages and promotes women to join us in the field of Real Estate Wealth Management.

We are proud to say that in a short span, we have over 250+ women from the country joining our network as WIRE Associate Partners. Our company is working hard to make Real Estate a more inclusive and diverse industry where women from around the country play a more prominent role. Our COO and Co-Founder, Seema Harsha, continuously leverages her experience with Diversity & Inclusion in her banking tenure to promote inclusivity in the Real Estate industry.

Indiassetz is a Bangalore-based company. Bangalore was once considered the garden city of India so we ensure the environment is placed at the forefront.

We have promoted numerous environment-friendly measures to all of our clients, such as solar installation, geothermal/bioenergy, rainwater harvesting, stormwater drainage system, and landscaping among others. Indiassetz has completed several landscaping projects, including gardening and vegetable plantation, pest control, lawn fertilization, and clean-up. Indiassetz also offers annual maintenance contracts through which we regularly carry out activities such as cleaning up plots, fixing drainage pipes, and installation of mosquito mesh to name a few.

Although environment-friendly measures can be more expensive, Indiassetz has always been environmentally conscious despite being a start-up. We ensure that our partners and contractors also conduct their activities with the environment in mind.
