Responsibilities

  • Completely dedicated to the main employee facing platform and operations for better Operating Efficiency

  • Owns and is responsible for building all the Employee Journeys on the platform on all channels : Website + Apps

  • 10+ Years of Domain experience and expertise in Banking, FinTech and Real Estate Products

  • Additional expertise in Home Loans, Insurances, Policies and other Core Real Estate Products and Services and their Management would be helpful

  • Need to study various other platforms and products to deeply research & understand the exact requirements of our customers from the platform

  • Is responsible for all features on the platform and the prioritization of these features going Live

  • Responsible for the product development life cycle and the project management

  • Is a part of the Steering Committee and understands the needs, mission-vision, targets and KPIs of the business

  • Is also responsible for the scalability and providing convenience to our clients to better our conversion rates and increase revenue

  • Business first approach, planning and designing wireframes, content slots and coordination with the Development and QA Teams for Delivery
