“First of all, my heartfelt thanks to Indiassetz for helping me with the purchase of my house in Bangalore. I am glad I opted to purchase the property through you guys. Each and everyone in your team is professional to the core, swift and helpful. We started looking to purchase an apartment/villa in the Whitefield area a couple of months ago. In the process, we went through tens of houses, different owners, and builders and luckily stumbled upon an Ad for a villa posted by Indiassetz. This was my first interaction with Indiassetz. I could feel the transparency and genuineness of the representative and the company. He took the pain of explaining details about the property and arranged for a quick site visit. Once we had finalized the apartment, he introduced me to his manager who had a good discussion with us about our requirements and budget before helping us make the final decision with his genuine advice. He was really helpful in price negotiations and ensured that both the seller and buyer reached a common ground to close the deal. The finalization of purchasing terms and conditions were very smooth and completed within a week, considering the seller was an NRI and all interactions happened through conference calls. After getting the agreement done, we realised there were some challenges in terms of managing the finances and legal issues when purchasing a property from an NRI. However, after a discussion with another expert from Indiaassetz, all the issues and queries were resolved. He was really professional and went out of the way to explain all the things in detail and helped me in closing housing loans, TDS / CA / lawyer-related issues which had come up. Without his quick and effective coordination with all stakeholders, it would not have been possible to complete the transaction and safeguard my interests. I would also like to give a special mention to another representative who was instrumental in all the quick documentation works and took pain to reply to all my queries even after office hours in order to explain the minutest query I had in detail.
