She has been very detail oriented and has been meticulously following up on every point I raised and closing them, ensuring we were able to move in on time. Without her help, it would not have been possible. I was pleasantly surprised by how another representative has managed to turn the team around to get all the work we requested done in the span of 2-3 days. I was really impressed with the way things progressed. He kept me updated all the way. He made a lasting impression on me with his personal touch and going out of his way to help me even after completing all the maintenance work and signing off the paperwork. He accompanied me to ensure all my access and other formalities were sorted, to ensure I did not have to go through all the teething issues as a new tenant. I cannot thank him enough for making my moving-in experience a smooth and impressive one. Clearly, it is a very strong and high-performing team and I believe one of the reasons is because the management is imbibing the right culture from the top. Thank you very much for everything.”
