Indian HNIs and their Agenda to Invest in Real Estate

HNIs investing in Real Estate

India is rich in Real Estate. Many urban Indians are going to own homes in the decade. More so, the numbers are encouraging when it comes to the emerging HNI network in India.

“There are 82 million Indians who own Real Estate worth more than 3cr within India and outside India.”

Shivam Sinha, CEO, Indiassetz

Going by the numbers there is a new HNI network continuously growing and emerging in India. Better affordability, improved market dynamics and prop-tech is making Real Estate one of the fastest-growing asset classes in the country post-pandemic. This presents itself as a golden opportunity for HNIs looking for a more stable long-term stable investment.

According to an Economic Times article, “67% HNIs want to buy a luxury home in 2022.” When surveyed to analyze the reason for it. The data inclined towards HNIs wanting to upgrade their lifestyle in the post-pandemic years.

According to another article published by the Financial Express, ‘On the Real estate front, following a tapering down of property price appreciation in residential real estate, especially in the top cities, the ultra-rich investors have been focusing on commercial assets, especially pre-leased income generating assets. With office yields dropping to sub 9% levels, investors are looking at development assets as well unlike earlier when typically, only ready properties were acquired.’

Staying on top of the trend and considering these series of reports published by the most trustworthy media houses, ]At Indiassetz are taking our job seriously in creating a channel to improve transparency and accountability in the sector and striving to help these vast networks of HNIs to invest and manage their Real Estate wealth seamlessly through our Real Estate Wealth-Tech platform.
