“It was nice talking to you last week in Bangalore. I received the final set of copies of the sale deed and EC today, which to my mind concludes, what I would term - the smoothest transaction of an asset class, which otherwise could have been complex. I thought I should take a moment to thank you and your team who have been professionally competent throughout, absolutely service-oriented and have done a fabulous job. Special mention is to your representative who soldiered the entire transaction and was ably supported by a host of others who facilitated till the closure. Although I was hesitant to sign up at first, in hindsight now, I think it was the best decision as it has been a very satisfying experience. It is obvious that this company has set its own standards which I cannot but relate to having been in the service industry for close to 3 decades now.
