“Thank you Indiassetz team for finding a genuine buyer for our property in the outskirts of Bangalore. All price negotiations were done before we started interacting with the prospective buyer and thus saved us a lot of time. It was our first property transaction from abroad, but Indiassetz managed the documentation work and all legal formalities proactively, without any follow-ups from our side. Our apprehensions about giving “Power of Attorney” to a third party were cleared after talking to your representative, who ensured us that keys will be handed over to the buyer only after the final disbursement from the buyer was through. A special thanks to the representative who made multiple visits to the property to help us with the tenant move out procedures and also for collecting last-minute documents from the builder and panchayat. He really did a great job of travelling almost 60 km daily to get the property documents in order.
