I must confess there have been times when I have been impatient with the slow progress on our villa but it is to his full credit that he has always taken my point of view extremely well and in the correct spirit in which it was meant. While at the same time, he would patiently explain to me the ground situation. He has shown great maturity in his dealings with us. He never misunderstood the intent of our query and always brought his positive energy and courteous demeanour every time to our interface. In spite of the slowdown in the economic environment and the impact of COVID-19, my husband and I are very happy that you have managed to put in your best efforts to close this transaction before the end of 2020.
