How to view and edit your Profile:


The Indiassetz apps Profile option to manage various aspects of the account, documents, orders, saved property, and payment history.  

Account overview :

  • Profile: You can monitor and enhance your profile completion status here. This ensures all your necessary information is up-to-date and accurate. Regularly checking this helps you maintain a complete and current profile.

  • E-KYC: You can verify your identity through KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process is crucial for security and compliance. Detailed information on how to complete E-KYC is available in this section.

  • Your address: You can add a new address or update your existing one. Keeping your address current is important for various services and communications.

  • Personalisation: You can add basic information to personalize your experience:

    • Your occupation

    • Your income range

    • Your current investments

    • Your investment plans

Your profile offers two main sections:

    Profile 

  •  Contains personal info such as name, contact details.  

  • Allows you to manage and update your personal information and address.  

Relationship Manager 

  • Dedicated Support: Get a personal account manager for tailored assistance with your account or services. Our Relationship Manager will be your go-to person for any questions or needs.

  • Complex Issue Resolution: Don't worry about navigating intricate account-related matters. Your dedicated relationship manager will help you find solutions and resolve even the most challenging issues.

  • Schedule Calls: In addition to email support, you can also schedule calls with your relationship manager for a more in-depth discussion.

Your Orders: 

The your order section include :  

  • Lists past and current orders or transactions (Exchange,Yard Services).  

  • Provides a history of your purchase activities.  

  • Helps you track the order Status 

  • Click on your order section.

Documents: 

In this section, you can view various types of documents like:

  • Property Documents

  • Quotations

  • Payment Invoices

    Property Documents:

    • Specific documents related to properties.  

    • Includes property deeds, titles, and other legal documents.  

    • Ensures transparency and legality in property transactions.

    Quotations:  

    • Offers quotes or estimates for services.  

    • Helps you make informed decisions about purchases.  

    • Provides pricing information for budget planning.

    Payment Invoices:

    • Displays invoices for payments made or due. 

    • Provides a record of your financial transactions. 

    • Helps you track and manage your payments.

  • You can  filter these documents, making it easier to find specific items.And  also Allows you to view and download essential documents.

Saved Properties: 

  • Lists properties saved for future reference.  

  • Allows you to bookmark properties of interest.

Remove properties:

  • Simplify property management with a single click. Just tap the cancel icon next to a saved property to promptly remove it from your list, ensuring swift and hassle-free updates.

Payment History:  

  • Shows a history of your payments made. 

  • Provides a detailed record of your financial transactions. 

  • Helps you track and manage your payment history.

Update/Edit Profile:  

  • Allows changes to your profile information. 

  • Enables you to keep your profile information up to date.  

  • Ensures your account details are accurate and current.

Updating Profile Photo: 

  • Option to upload or change your profile picture.  

  • Helps personalize your profile and account.  

  • Allows you to showcase your identity or branding.

Delete Photo:  

  • Option to remove your profile picture.  

  • Allows you to reset your profile photo to default.

  • Provides a way to remove personal images from your profile.

KYC Verification Process:

  • Initiation: Clear option to start the E-KYC process within the profile section.

  • Document Selection: You can choose from a PAN card, Aadhar card, driver's license, or voter ID.

  • Verification Steps:

    • App retrieves document details from Digilocker 

  • Completion: 

    • Final submission of verified details 

    • Confirmation of completed E-KYC process
