• Verify all property information, including ownership, type, address, and amenities, for accuracy before listing it for rent on our platform.

• Scroll down to the amenities section and select all applicable features such as gym access, security cameras, swimming pool availability, and more. This step is essential to provide potential tenants with precise and complete details about your property, enhancing transparency and facilitating informed decisions.

Additional details 

• Enter the rent amount, security deposit, and maintenance charges. Select the lock-in period (6 months, 11 months, or other) and specify the property availability date. Finally, click 'List Property' to make your property available for rent.

Choose property for rent:

• Choose the property listed on our app for rent. If your property isn't already listed, click "Add a Property" to go to the Add Property page.

• Provide appropriate details such as property category (residential, commercial), type (house, apartment, office), ownership status, occupancy, expected rent, exact address, high-quality images, and necessary documents.

• Once you've added these details, you can initiate the rental process for your property through our platform efficiently.

• Note: You can prompt to add only one property for rent at a time through the platform. If you wish to list multiple properties, you would need to repeat the process for each property individually by clicking on "Add Property" for each listing.
