How to Add a Property in the IndiAssetz App

    • Open the IndiAssetz app on your mobile device.

    • Navigate to the Portfolio section located at the bottom of the home screen.

    • Look for the option labeled "Add Property" or tap on the "+" icon to begin the property addition process.

    • Select Property Category: Choose the category that best suits your property type:

      • Residential

      • Commercial

  • For Residential Property, choose one of the following:

    1. Apartment

      • Here are the sub-options for your desired apartment type:

        • Select the Property Sub-Type: Apartment, Penthouse, Studio Apartment.

        • Choose the Flat Type: Simplex or Duplex.

        • Select the Bedroom Options: 1 BHK to 4 BHK.

    2. Independent Property

      • Here are the sub-options for your desired independent property type:

        • Select the Property Sub-Type: Villa or Bungalow.

        • Choose the Flat Type: Simplex or Duplex.

        • Select the Bedroom Options.

    3. Row/Town/Villament House

      • Here are the sub-options for your desired row/town/villament house type:

        • Choose the Flat Type: Simplex or Duplex.

        • Select the Bedroom Options.

    4. Plot

      • Here are the sub-options for your desired plot type:

    Select between Gated and Non-Gated.

  • For Commercial Property, select from:

    • Office Space

    • Shop

    • Warehouse

    • Retail Store

    • Industrial Space

    • Hotel

    • Restaurant

    • Select the ownership type:

      • Owned by You

      • Family Member

      • Other

    • Choose the Occupancy Status of your property:

      • Vacant

      • Rented

      • Leased

      • Self-Occupied

      • Under Construction

      • Newly Constructed/Ready to Move-In

      • Others

    • Enter the total built-up area and the estimated market value of the property.

    • Provide the complete address of the property, including any relevant details.

    • Assign a name to your property for easy reference, then click the Next button.

    • Upload photos of your property and tag specific areas for better identification.

    • Basic Valuation: Based on the provided information, the app will generate an initial estimated valuation.

    • If you’re not satisfied with the basic valuation, enter additional details such as the number of bathrooms, balconies, furnishings, etc.

    • Advanced Valuation: Once you’ve provided more details, the valuation will update to offer a more accurate estimate.

    • Upload important documents such as:

      • Sale Deed

      • Sale Agreement

      • Ownership Certificate

      • Encumbrance Certificate

      • Up-to-Date Tax Receipt

      • Mother Documents

      • Any other relevant documents

    • To remove the property listing, scroll down to the "Delete Property" option at the bottom of the page. This action will remove all data related to the property.
