Divya Krishna is a dynamic and experienced professional who brings a never-say-die attitude to the Transactions and Advisory division of Indiassetz, which is the crux of the entire organization. The Transactions division is in charge of the Buy/Sell/Rent product, which is the “money-maker” for Indiassetz. Divya’s ability to create strong and deep relationships with customers and gain their trust is the most integral part of this division. With her rich experience over the years, she has mastered how to keep her emotions aside and secure the best possible deal for both the customer and Indiassetz. 

The Transactions department contributes the majority share of the company’s top line, making it the most critical department. Over her years in this industry, Divya has identified innumerable revenue-making opportunities to continuously grow the organization. Through handling thousands of transactions, Divya has developed a wealth of knowledge in all facets of Real Estate. This enables her to lead the team pan India, despite being local to Bangalore.
