In real estate wealth management, customer service is not up to the mark. Once sold the customer service is almost unresponsive. The entire customer engine is built for sales and not for service. A leave and license is an understanding, where the owner or the ‘licensor’ provides a limited right to use his/her premises to the other party or the ‘licensee’) for rent.
Lawyers recommend the L&L agreement as there are no lasting legal rights in favour of the license.
